Returns? We’re Here for You.

We create gifts with soul and care, and we truly hope each one brings joy to its recipient. But if something didn’t go as expected — don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

Can I return or exchange a gift? 

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, if:
 • The gift hasn’t been used and is in its original packaging
 • It’s not a personalized item (with engraving or a voice message)
 • Return shipping is covered by the customer (unless it was our mistake)

Something arrived broken or not working?

We’re so sorry!
Please email us at sovapresent@gmail.com within 5 days, attaching a photo/video and your order number.
We’ll replace the gift or issue a refund — we promise.

What can’t be returned?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of:
 • Gifts with custom engraving
 • Voice modules with recorded messages
 • Opened DIY kits
